Privacy
Effective March 14, 2026. This page explains the initial privacy posture for the launch version of CapitalPacket.
CapitalPacket may collect account details, business profile information, checklist responses, uploaded documents, support messages, and technical logs needed to operate the product.
We use information to provide the workflow, store and organize borrower materials, generate readiness summaries, improve the service, respond to support needs, and protect the platform from misuse.
Borrower-uploaded documents are stored to support packet assembly, readiness review, and partner collaboration. They are not sold, published, or shared outside the product except as needed to provide the service or when instructed by the customer.
CapitalPacket may use AI systems to explain checklist items, identify missing or inconsistent information, and draft short narrative sections. AI output is assistive and should be reviewed by the customer before use.
We may share information with infrastructure and service providers that help us host the application, store data, and operate the product. We may also disclose information when required by law or to enforce our terms.
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the product, satisfy contractual obligations, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Specific retention windows may be defined in customer agreements.
Privacy questions can be directed to hello@capitalpacket.com. This policy is an initial launch policy and may be updated as the product matures.
